always liked it. i'd give it 4 mics. it's probably a 3.5 mic effort realistically.

the ODB tribute was lame to me and heart gently weeps didn't work IMO. plus, Deck's vocals are off beat on 'Windmill'.

I really liked the first half of the album with tracks like Rushing Elephants and Unpredictable (crazy stabs on the strings) ... Towards the end it falls apart though with too many mediocre hooks and average beats .

I remember Raekwon saying Rza was a 'hip hop hippy' with what he was doing musically . As if it was super experimental ....

It wasn't .

next year is the wu year..20th anniversary of 26 chambers.
they should do something Huge!! This is the time to sit down and get down to business..
the rza needs to commit to himself as the rza-rector and the other heads need to drop their egos and do something huge for a wu tang album!!
i'm sure RZA & everyone else has plans for the 20th or maybe the 25th anniversary of 36 Chambers. i want to see what happens when it's the 36th anniversary, surely they will do something crazy for that lol

I thought it was real dope 4.5/5 I like it 2nd best after 36 chambers, If Wu Forever was one disc Id put it over 8 diagrams but it was too much filler imo, lots of same sounding songs on Wu Forever which to me was a big disappointment cause it was the first Wu related album that wasnt pure fire.

RZA production is pretty amazing on this imo, only negative is Ghost shouldve been on it more. Dope album, nigggas shiiit on it too much

U-god Mef and Ghost all killed every track they was on.

Its funny that Rae dissed it because truthfully he was the one who I thought actually sounded the worst on the album (although he came back dope on OB4CL2), everyone else sounded pretty good, and the production was dope, just a bit messy. It didn't sound that cohesive, but it wasn't bad.

It was better than Iron Flag and on par with The W. A good album but not great, and unfortunately anything less than great is not good enough from Wu.

dont forget Masta Killa he killed it too

Rae lyrically was dope on this but he sounded like he was napping. No energy at all, Honestly if anyone fuccked this album up it was Rae and Ghost hating. Them nigggas is selfish troublemakers

I wished all that turmoil stayed in-house. Despite the friction, Ghost should have been on Life Changes. Life Changes should have ended after RZA's verse. I always wonder if RZA verse was a homage to ODB drunken flow, or was that an accident on the engineer part.

I give it a 7.5/10

I can't remember if GZA was on it or not.

It's how I expected the Wu to sound in this new millenium. But, Rae and Ghost sabotaging the project before it dropped soured the listening experience.

It's perfect cool nights and Winter music.
