This album sums up my problems with Ghost in 2012.

Yeah there's some bangers but I almost feel anyone could've made this. Ghost used to be one of the most original voices in hip hop, now he's making D Block music.

Crack Spot Stories and Driving Round are crazy. The rest is whatever. Nothing anyone will remember in a couple of months.

i havent listened to the album yet (going to now) but im pretty sure this is because ghost uses trife in the writing pool. ghost turns it up on the real deal wu projects. 8 diagrams/cuban 2 were some fire above average ghost shyt. i expect the usual fire ghost when supreme 2 drops and new wu joints. that said im going for a ride right now to check this. i know what you mean tho. ive felt the same rthing since big doe rehab

There is nothing D Block about Ghosts rhymes on here.

Thank you. Dudes just post dumb shyt to to add to their post count. Not one Ghost verse on here sounds D-block- like or Trife-like. Cats butt hurt because Ghost not rhyming abstract, nonsensical Supreme Clientele verses is just sad. Its about to be 2013. Ghost hasn't rhymed like that in over a decade. Get over it, stop bytchin and appreciate the top notch verses he's spitting now.

My only gripe is production, which sounds like low-budget D-Block production for the most part.

What saved this album for me is how sharp everyones verse are. Ghost has more energy than hes had on his last few projects, and Styles/Sheek/Jada did not phone it in, they killed it IMO

I guess were used to hearing Ghost push the envelope with his beat selection and story-raps. Hes lyrically on point tho, and this album with more interesting and varied production would be a dream come true

The production isnt awful, some tracks are kinda bland though

4th Disciple has been MIA for years. The last shyt I recall from him was on that Vinnie Paz album from two years ago and the beat was just aiight. True Master is a beast but has legal woes currently.

Bronze & Kevlaar 7 have that vintage Wu sound on smash at the moment.

Yeah, 4th used to be my fave affiliate at one time for production but he has been MIA.

that pull the cars out meth verse was wow. ghost had one off the top that was classic ghost. i liked 3-4 beats a lot. but it remidned me of some mixtape shyt. but thats how all dblock shyt sounds to me. some shyt to bang out to, no classic or nothing. 3 mic album maybe 3.5

like been robbed, hate that beat. i skipped that shyt quick. but cocaine central? ghost klilled that. pull the cars out is crazy, drivin round is crazy. hearing ghost over take notice type production is cool tho. i been wantin to hear ghost n rae over diff more modern production n shyt. this was close but nuthin crazy
