They must be waiting for Julia Hart to come back, because they haven’t really built anyone in a while as a face, except for Willow. They really have an issue with their women’s roster essentially being the equivalent of villains of the week on Scooby Doo or something like that lol. Because they don’t really build, when it comes to title shots, it’s pretty much first come first serve. That’s how you get Serena Deeb challenging for a title completely out of the blue
