A nurse practitioner told me years ago, that that endomorphs have to have a continuous regiment of cardio. That's how you keep the chub off.

That was over ten yrs ago. I still do some form of cardio at least three times a week.

Good to hear that you've taken steps to fight genetics. Not sure if you're old enough to know (or care) who Herschell Walker is, but he says he was a natural endomorph also. He started doing his insane lifelong exercise routine when he was a chubby kid and he's still at it.
