Ive only received the flu shot twice in my life, only time ive ever had the flu was when I received the first shot when I was 17/18.

2nd time was a few years ago, it was mandatory for a job i was working, had no effects at all.


I did get my first pfizer shot yesterday though, im around my folks a lot and dont want to be that guy if i can help it. In regards to them or anyone else that might be susceptible to that shyt.

Yep avoiding the flu is just the practice of simple sanitizing maintenance to me, washing hands before AND after bathroom use is paramount. I know there arent any 100% fool proof methods but at least give yourself a chance.
