In a phone interview with Complex, Slim Jesus talked to us about the early stages of his rap career and revealed that "Drill Time" is the first song he's had take off. "It got like 4,000 in one day and that was crazy to me already, and now it has like hundreds of hundreds of thousands." Slim has only been seriously rapping for the last couple of months:skip:, but has been making music for a few years now.

Are you pro-gentrification so black people can leave the run down sections of a city for the suburbs? Yes or No?

Your loaded question literally has nothing to do with my first reply. I said that blacks were living in ghettos since before rap and trap, and you reply with some bullshyt about "Are you pro-gentrification?".

But for the record I am anti-gentrification. Poor blacks in the suburbs are more isolated from services and jobs than poor blacks in the city. In addition city blacks lose some of their historical catchet when they move. Cacs meanwhile benefit.
