People are so disconnected from reality and are so caught up in fiction that common sense doesn’t matter.

The actual big problem is they do not know who or where this is from and if they do they are not saying.
They wouldn’t give af about saying it was russian or chinese because we’ve used that shyt before for other things and to fuel more funding for shyt
The reason why this is happening like this is because there are multiple officials who should be in the know and they seemingly are not. So that could be from not sharing information or because they legitimately do not know how to respond
