The guy being interviewed is laughing at the pilot's response. He literally called the meeting amateur hour. He's pissed that the government and the people reporting these sightings aren't taking this seriously enough to actually investigate what's happening. No one is shook, they playing stupid. "He was worried about the safety of his helicopter" They aren't even trying to follow up on these sightings.
