He's shooting the ball too quickly on most occasions, trying to get rid of it before they foul him. Last night he missed a point blank layup cause he first hesitated, then looked shocked nobody was gonna foul him and rushed it when someone started coming over.
Getting rid of Sheed was a terrible move on their part, right now Drummond has to fail over and over again, he shows flashes in the post at times but other times he looks completely lost. He needs someone working with him before games, after practices etc, which is what Sheed was doing, not sure anyone is doing that with him now.

Nah, he's trying to learn a back to the basket game, Dwight was and is all turn and face the rim, you can't be a turn and face the rim player without a jumper of some kind
