When i moved from NY to jersey my senior year bum as school i went to aint even have a track they had us doing crazy sprints on the concrete the shin splints were real

Some people have no choice, especially if you can only run early morning, and all there is,is parks with no lighting, full of prostitutes, drug addicts, hell even foxes and badgers. I was attacked once by a badger while out running. I stick to the streets now,it's dangerous out there. Besides,providing you buy decent running shoes,with plenty of cushioning and support , it isn't so bad. Your body will adapt, Think of those nutjobs who run marathons on concrete, they often train for them on that surface as well.

Airforce does this shyt too. And they will run you into the ground with it. They just dont give a fukk. You got people leading PT when they arent trained in the knowledge to do it safe. Thats why i never go
