Ultimately the move is in bad taste.

All the weirdos talking about pizzagate, pedo bait, etc should be ignored cause they gone say that crazy shyt regardless. This movie just gives them something to talk about for this week.

For the rest of us, we can admit some of the scenes and the way they were shot cross a line that they didn’t need to in order to deliver the message.

It’s like a graphic rape scene. None of us need to see rape to know it sucks. It sucks for an actor/actress to have to practice and act out rapping/being rapped. It’s questionable for the director and crew to sit and watch it and probably force multiple takes. It’s nasty for the cameraman to film it. And we don’t need to see it, to know it exists and it’s a problem.

Ultimately it’s shock cinema, and I feel bad for the little girls caught up in it, while the world argues about them.

I legit watched this whole movie It is sooooo bad even aside from the child sexualization and the dancing scenes the main girl and her family are OOC
Main girl wants to rebel from her family because she is stressing about her dad taking another wife and how that is effecting her mom. I guess she is young and she doesn't know how to process those emotions. None of her family talk to her or ask her what's going on she just rebels and turns into a social media thot trying to appease her new friends.

Main girl legit tries to kill another girl just so she can bully her way back into the clique

Then by the end of the movie she abandons her thot friends and her family to be herself

See, this guy can die today and rot in hell. But don't put that on the film, from the look of this dude he'd probably think the girls in children's clothing magazines are "hot". And folks are probably using it to feed the outrage against this film instead of acknowledging that guys like this are fukking sick and certainly weren't made sick by the film.

This is common practice though. Spike Lee said the kid from Miracle At St Anna was picked from 1,000 kids because it's hard as hell to find a kid who both fits the role and acts believable.
