Say dumb shyt like this and then follow up with “ignorance knows no bounds” you anti-ADOS and anti-African nikkas are fukking scum.Ah , the weekly installment of "lets shyt on the African continent to feel better about ourselves" by clueless Americans who never lived outside their state, let alone leave the country they were born in.
The ignorance knows no bounds. White supremacy won by a landslide.
But are you limiting your history based where the slave ships took your ancestors from or where they dropped you off? If it's the latter, thats very questionable. How so? I’m a believer in Malcolm and since he believed in that term I do too. To me, my only issue is that it should be in reverse. An Ethiopian or Nigerian are both Africans but of different types. I look at the diaspora in a similar way. Their experiences created unique cultures and peoples but much of the foundation is African centered and descended. To me, that’s when using “African” as a term like that makes more sense because it acknowledges uniqueness while promoting Black unity globally. It’s more obvious that an American African is different from a Jamaican African, Brazilian African, or Ghanaian African.

This is all a proxy war between super powers trying influence a region that's extremely valuable to Africa. Its China vs USA trying to control that region. USA supports the old regime and China supporting the new regime.
Why the senators supports Abiy could be because Ethiopia has been lobbying him, the current administration does not support Abiy and his government. The senator can't do much since Republicans are currently in the minority. How would Abiy’s American Family friends Sharlet was talking about fit into this?
Ethiopia stability is important to the region, I hope shyt settles. Africans as a whole, we need to rise up from the bullshyt we creat from ourselves.
shyt real breh, America pulling their typical shyt. They want the old regime back to oppress and follow orders like good neocolonized bytches. If all that mystical shyt is really true about Ethiopia then spooky shyt gonna happen.
Ethiopia came too far to go back to the old ways. The PM just needs do better job presenting the government case to the US/EU/UN to deescalate the situation and not play hardball. Ethiopia is friendly with Eritrea and Somaliland (recently signed major deal with Dubai Ports access to Berbera ) and Djibouti, good relationship with its neighbors, but the Tigray issue still persist.
Is truly unfortunate, but I don't think the world powers want this issue to become bigger than it already is. Ethiopia really needs their internal affairs in order, they already have a major issue with Egypt over the dam. The region is very well aware, stable Ethiopia mean stable for the rest of the region. We are all hoping it calms down and quickly.Abiy was extremely naive to think that wouldn’t matter. Also, he didn’t take into account how much groundwork the TPLF already did in terms of international contacts, billions in stolen funds which can be utilized for media campaigns and lobbying, and now being perceived as some scrappy underdog.
What’s interesting is that so much funding for the Oromo groups that are killing indiscriminately in Ethiopia is coming from Minneapolis and yet America turns a blind eye to their supposed ally having this added weight placed upon them while at the same time trying to bring equivalence between a literal dictatorship which has been pushed aside and a novice leader making mistakes but trying desperately to keep the country together and bring them into the 21st century.
shyt is fukked up.
Edit: @Enzo i forgot all about that shyt Abiy was definitely linking up with the coastal states to create something similar to what the EAC is doing to the south. My dream is for the whole East Africa from Sudan to Tanzania to be United. As everyone can plainly see, cacs want no parts a United East Africa.
