Hollywood is fukked up but a lot of these "right wingers" in showbiz aren't even that conservative.
They're Trumpists so they use conservative anger to make $$$$ like Trump.
They might hate "woke" and "PC" culture but they'd pivot to being liberals if it made them more money. They saw an inefficiency in the market that Trump exploited and now they are too.
