It's hunting season in the Midwest and I'm just doing my due diligence and setting traps.

No they usually hang around popular spots on campus. They probably someone who they were beefing with and crashed out.By shooting up the campus though
Anytime you have homecoming festivities at any popular HBCU, it will bring in a lot of people who are not students.
Sometimes those non-students bring in an element of the streets.
A lot of those guys come to enjoy the homecoming festivities, enjoy the game, and holla at the women. If you you’ve been around the HBCU culture you know what time it is.
The problem becomes a lot of those same guys got more guns and ammunition then they do long term thinking and as soon as they get put in the most trivial situation where they feel disrespected or someone is playing with them they introduce trigger play.
Next thing you know somebody done got shot or killed.

Tuskegee University president says campus is no longer open, a day after fatal shooting
The president of Tuskegee University said the campus is closed and everyone has to wear IDs to enter campus, a day after a shooting left one man dead and injured at least 16 other people.
