I saw him last summer in person with his son and his face didn't look like that. It looked a little puffy, but nothing close to that. He's definitely gotten some rapidly progressing health issue.

I know that when he was with the Rockets, he suffered a lot migraines and later the doctors found out he had a condition. He had to change his diet significantly to keep it under control. Maybe he hasn't been sticking to it along with using drugs

Just look at SF's face in each pic you can tell they were taken over the course of the night. First pic he's just a few drinks/lines in, 2nd pic he well into the bottle and pop'd a few mollys, 3rd pic...

For comparison, look at French Montana who smokes ridiculous amounts of weed and been on lean for awhile and during that same time frame looks no different in the first pic than he does in the 3rd.
