Interesting that coworking might be a growth industry again.
Honestly, some businesses fail not because the business case is bad, but the timing isn't there. The business launches prior to there being a strong enough demand in the market place.
While I don't think the US will go full remote just yet, I do think flex schedules are here to stay. 2 in office, 3 days out etc. For those days out, having a quiet, clean and dedicated coworking space could make a lot of sense for many workers. At home there are a lot of distractions for those that aren't disciplined. Being in a "work" environment helps mitigate that.
