It's always the 3rd place console talking about consoles ain't really selling like that anymore.
Yes, the difference was good exclusive games.MA need to check on what they did for 360 that they stopped doing. For me its lack of games. 360 had so many good games. shyt has dried up since
The PS3 was getting their ass kick until 2009Sony started out a year later and still beat xbox, it wasn’t that slow
The PS3 was getting their ass kick until 2009
Thats because the PS2 was still selling
if Xbox One was currently at 140m+ and still going no one would be talking about how dead the xbox brand is right now
Bruh what I’m saying is not an unpopular opinion lol. The ps3 was getting smoked pre 2009. And ultimately shyted on the 360 09 and onwards. Why are you mad Sony won lol, you should be happy. The chart is right there
there’s a reason Nintendo survived the GameCube and Wii U generations because even when their main console was lacking in sales they were making up for it sellin 200 dollar handhelds. There was never a time where sony wasn’t selling a massive amount of hardware. When PS3 was slacking ps2 and psp were on fire

500$ console with no gamesThis is why we can’t have conversations here lol
i’m mad because im adding context to the chart posted in the OP? There’s other reasons for the sales to trend like they did, it’s not a standard foot race. It also explains why xbox simply just releasing a console first next generation isn’t the fix people think it is.
Classic
You’re the one arguing I’m simply replyingI mean, you’re literally arguing with someone who didn’t even fukk with the ps3 outside of metal gear solid 4 and uncharted 2 &3.
Check my stats i played 360 way more. Again, I'm having a conversation about why those numbers happened the way they did beyond ”ps3 expensive”
