The Miz - I never saw this coming, but his feuds with D-Bry and Ziggler saw him really shine Also, his matches with Ziggler were better than any match he had prior to 2016.

Alexa Bliss - I didn't watch her in NXT so I wasn't sure what to expect when she was on the roster, but she's got that bytch/mean girl character down to a tee. She's a better promo than any of the Four Horsewomen too. Her matches are passable and I'll assume she'll get better with experience.
