Keep Pentagon Jr far away from the WWE unless it's NXT. Dude would get neutered like crazy.
Dolph needs new life badly. A run in NJPW or ROH would be wonders for him. He needs a complete character and style change.
I wanna see Moose, EC3, and Eli Drake in the WWE. Moose cause he's at the point where he's a pretty complete wrestler, and could basically be what they were trying to push Big Zeke and Titus as, except Moose can actually wrestle. Eli and EC3 cause they could step in and immediately be top talkers on the roster, along with being pretty good in the ring.
Rowan to NJPW cause big guys can flourish there, and would automatically be a major player due to that size. He's 35 already, so he may have to finish out his career there. Rowan is doing nothing now and doesn't look like he will in the future in the WWE.

Nope. Giant Bernard was New Japan's n°1 gaijin for long while. Only reason he didn't get the main title was because of timing. And Rusev is a better version of Bernard, with a higher upside and more of a name in the US at the time of his (hypothetical) departure, which is huge in a puro promotion.

Jeff Cobb (Matanza) to WWE. The Matanza gimmick limits him too much when dude has serious babyface potential.
Seth Rollins to GFW. He won't amount to much in the WWE for a while since they dumped him in the tag division, but he could have a serious main event run there so his stock is bigger when he comes back to WWE.
Dean Ambrose to CZW. And may he never return.

moose is green still and would get exposed and be ruined just like Titus to Zeke.
he actually is fine in tna and was just lucky to start and was protected in roh.
going to tna was best for him and a perfect fit for now.
