In my opinion, a tell-tale sign of a B+ is if they've only won the world title due to fukkery in or out of kayfabe, but they trust you enough to have multiple mid-card and tag team title reigns.
ex. Jericho, Edge, Sheamus and Punk was a B+ player between 2008 and 2011
Also, this isn't my personal belief but if the guy doesn't have the look or has a foreign accent, we know Vince automatically sees them as a B+ players so guys like Almas and Nakamura both have a ceiling due to their English promos.
