I'd go to the Sunday Mania since that is the one Vince considers the actual big show and will probably load it with most of the better matches.

I'd say RAW. Mania is obviously once in a lifetime but it's literally the week before the show. Any tickets you getting to that event about to have you all of the way up in the heavens and you won't even be able to see the action.
