if you were a black wrestler in the 80s and you had black children, you damn sure wasn't trippin over yourself to have them follow in your footsteps with how these companies been, fukk no.

But still Black people be in everything

I can’t think of any multi generational black wrestlers at all

Except the Rock

Think of all of the legends and how their kids never even tried 90% of the black wrestlers just like fell into wrestling as a job from either just being in the south or being former football players

A tag team was a horrible idea

The Rock vs Roman Vs Cody should’ve been the match

Every ten Wrestlemanias somehow lead to a triple threat

because it isn't a legacy they wanted to pass on. It was a lick they hit to give their kids a better life. Because it, like all other forms of generational transference in this country, was not built for us and was not accepting of us.

If you were a black wrestler and had black kids, and you knew they were athletically gifted... why the fukk would you have them do professional wrestling when you could get them started early in sports or competitions? Especially because it isn't like there were many black top champions that would have a legacy that would get respected?

We won't start seeing that kind of stuff until next generation or more. Half of NXT right now are 2nd generation guys from a bunch of midcard talent. Most midcard black talent from the AE don't want shyt to do with the company. Mark's kids doing other stuff, Booker's kids gotta be doing something else... the infrastructure just doesn't exist for us to have that yet.

...that said, Rocky Johnson got enough kids outchea at this point that there's probably 30+ 2nd/3rd generation black kids kicking around out there somewhere solely off his personal contributions; just gotta get them in the ring :lolbron:
