Thats great. You just showed that some young qbs accuracy have improved over time

as I said, before and when speaking to my man who has a son, playing division one quarterback and has another kid that is going to be playing quarterback for the University of Georgia next year. Since you’re hard of reading Im going to speak from his experiences. a lot of these young quarterbacks are coming into the league with poor mechanics. You can easily coach that up. Another reason why I don’t shyt on young quarterbacks unlike you buffoons in here.
This was sorta a discussion in the era NFL thread. So it seems like you would agree with the college part being at fault :jbhmm:

I'd be interested in how QB miss percentage correlates to the distance of the throws. I see Mahomes miss percentage is much file dating back to 2020 but I think that's in large part due to the Chiefs offense taking way more risks in previous years with deep balls compared to now where every team is playing them with the 2 deep safety look so he's making much easier throws. Seeing some of the check down kings having the lowest miss percentage makes sense too and also why some of their misses stand out even more because they're missing easy throws when they do miss.
Derek Carr, Mac Jones, Kirk Cousins.

dont lie reb, you edited zach wilson in there. im too old to understand graphs but you explained it well and looking at data that gives you more insight to how players are actually playing vs the raw stats is always interesting.

Lol.

I told idiots that Zach issues were mechanics related.

its actually hilarious how bryce and our core stick out so sorely

our offense is so gimmicked and inverted that it doesn't even register properly in a chart like that

Is this based on putting the ball right on a receiver or putting it in a spot? Because the eye test tells me this isn't accurate.

Cool chart but what does it prove?
All of these qbs see different coverages and have different schemes tailored to their successes,

Lamar Jackson Joe Burrow and Jalen Hurts are in the top 15, Purdy is in the top 11, and Herbert is in top 20, I don't expect every quarterback to be razor sharp what other intangibles can you bring to the table to get wins for your team?

Zach Wilson makes more open throws than those guys but he's still a bad player :yeshrug:

Big time.
That's exagerrated BS.

Allen would comfortably be top 10 in the 2000s. Yall ignore how up and down QBs like Eli, Vick, and even Favre were in the 2000s. I like Warner but even he had some really bad seasons here and there between Super Bowl runs. Palmer also was living off that 05 season for good bit before he went to Arizona.

The only dudes that would be ahead of Allen would just be Tom and Peyton.
