I don’t know about some of you, but when I go to games, I have a completely different view of what’s going on in the field compared to what the tv view you see at home shows.

So many of your judgments in here can be out right wrong about a quarterback, with them either holding onto the ball too long or taking sacks when so many of these receivers are plain douche and can’t get open.

The higher you are on the grid, the more you do after the catch.

Some receivers are plain washed.

Surprised to see DK Metcalf up there in a lack of separation but you see he does a lot once he gets the ball.

There are teams that have shytty receiving cores (Jets, Giants, Broncos, CHIEFS :krs: , Green Bay, Cowboys)

Whats really telling is qb completion percentage when a player is open.

Mahomes is the best QB in the league by far. Brock Purdy is overrated as fukk.

Russell and Zach Wilson get a bad rap throwing to bums who can’t get open but hit them at a higher rate when they are open compared to a lot of beloved qbs.

Kirk Cousins and Geno :ehh:

Again…a lot of wack sports talk from most in here who don’t see what’s going on downfield and just swear a qb is ass.

But then again, this is another reason why I feel that being a p*ssy is something that accounts for so much when playing quarterback. When you are skittish bytch, you can’t coach around that. While Derek Carr and Kirk cousins are high up on the list, them being p*ssy is what holds them back.

I honestly rather have a quarterback holds onto the ball too long in the pocket, waiting for his receivers to get open then a skittish bytch who just do garbage check downs, or is outright inaccurate.

When a qb aint a p*ssy, you can coach them up.

Why isn't the Panthers on that miss rate chart in OP? Interested to see where Bryce Young falls, especially since Stroud is so high

Thats great. You just showed that some young qbs accuracy have improved over time

as I said, before and when speaking to my man who has a son, playing division one quarterback and has another kid that is going to be playing quarterback for the University of Georgia next year. Since you’re hard of reading Im going to speak from his experiences. a lot of these young quarterbacks are coming into the league with poor mechanics. You can easily coach that up. Another reason why I don’t shyt on young quarterbacks unlike you buffoons in here.

I love that Zach Wilson was near the bottom of qbs on the list and is now in the top 15. That has proved my point which I have said for the past two years that his mechanics are the biggest thing holding him back.

Thank you for proving my point. I have always said that certain quarterbacks problems was due to the mechanics more than anything. You can always coach that up.

scheme also matters.
utilizing guys on particular routes using said players strengths in terms of route running helps dramatically. if you know a guy has no top end speed but he's got short space burst why the fukk am I seeing him running go routes :mjlol:
I will say derek carr having two guys that are consistently beating their man and/or finding holes in zones and their offense being bad is cause he's trash. :mjlol:

zach isnt"good" right now but the context omitted to his struggles regarding him is funny. his qb coach literally died before he could get a snap in the nfl....then we had some inexperienced first time coordinator trying to implement a spinoff of the westcoast offense....when we didnt have receivers that won at the line, on top of the fact you need good/pristine footwork and mechanics to run that quick hitting style of offense. the only highlights he showed was him adlibbing for the most part.
zach didnt adjust, mike lafluer bum ass didnt adjust. it all went downhill from there
mike bum ass running a strict westcoast offense like he's shanahan but it wasnt no deebo, ayiuk, or kittle here.

I'd be interested in how QB miss percentage correlates to the distance of the throws. I see Mahomes miss percentage is much file dating back to 2020 but I think that's in large part due to the Chiefs offense taking way more risks in previous years with deep balls compared to now where every team is playing them with the 2 deep safety look so he's making much easier throws. Seeing some of the check down kings having the lowest miss percentage makes sense too and also why some of their misses stand out even more because they're missing easy throws when they do miss.
