I dont know why ppl want FB ads so much. They are low converting and ppl want big discounts or free products to even follow up. If you have not, look into ManyChat so you can grow your own list

dont buy impressions. Spend money to make money, never anything else. Facebook and instagram can be highly and racistly selective on what they want to grow. You just gotta deal with it. Ads are uncapped reach and work damn well on both platforms. For organic growth and sales, youtube is the best because they actually reward good content by suggesting your videos to strangers.

Youtube is the best platform right now period for growth. Facebook and instagram for sales via ad spend.
