If I'm at least somewhat able to take care of myself no reason not to stick around. If I have dementia and can't control my bowels that's another story.

As long as I can with my important faculties intact- sound mind, and no illnesses that require a ton of upkeep- and not a financial or other burden on my family, so probably not 100. A lot of the women in my family make it to mid-90s so I'm good with that.
