Brock probably do have arguably the greatest rookie year of any wrestler.

He did break the mania streak.

He's a top 20 of all time as far as popularity, but the competition is too deep for him to get a top 10 spot outside of that.

The rock, austin, hogan, macho man, ric flair, kurt angle, chris Jericho Bret hart, eddie, sting, shawn Michaels, Dusty Rhodes are names that I thought of on the top of my head and that ain't even everybody that has a case for that top 10 spot.

Longevity is the main thing you can hold against him, an extended period of seeing him week in week out while he's red hot and see if he'd stay that way. I see him more as an attraction than a GOAT contender, that's not a bad thing either
