How far do your loyalties lie to the movement?

Say you had a black man convicted of murder and racists white people were bashing him, calling him nikka but with the hard "er"; mobbing for the death penalty. Would you throw you support behind this man or would you remain neutral and silent because he is a criminal?

I ask because there will always be bad apples that spoil the bunch but in the case of black people, do we stand for each other no matter what or are there gray areas like the question I posed? If we don't support our own 100%, progress will remain a difficult task. You're either all in or all out, right? No in-between?

Lets discuss this.

Somewhere tropic...
I would say this man did a crime and paid for it. Happens in every race, community etc. Side with white supremacy? Not as long as the sun rises and sets my nikka

If you killed someone and were a menace to society you gotta do your time. Hopefully, while in the joint he could get evaluated and there could be rehabilitation. This is why I get some critics because I call it how I see it. Plus, we have to be fair. It makes the community look bad when we stand behind someone who's done wrong.

If black dude is a murderer and a messed up person then i will not support his actions, however i will support his trial against racists whites calling him that. Its the right thing to do.

I see where this is heading...

Don't insult my intelligence (embarras yourself) by asking a "yes or no" question that is loaded with subjectivsm and assumption that it is simply a moral dilemna...this question is dealing with race, law, ethics and due process. This is not a "yes no".

There is no simple answer, to your simple yet contrived question.

I would never agree with a racist white person but this is not a matter of a racist white person, criminals hurt the black community. To equate criminality to blackness is self defeating. Of course the crime that occurred matters, was he selling weed or did he murder? If it was the latter then he most probably took an innocent black life which has nothing to do with white people.
