Ironic as it is, desegregation is actually one of the main reasons why the black community is so weak. Because the talented tenth have options now, they move out of the black neighborhoods, and many of them marry into non-black families, whereas a few decades ago, they would have had to stay in their neighborhood due to the political situation. The biggest are dem alphabet boys (KKK, CIA, FBI, etc) and the US government.
