Like ole dude said. I want to see tokyo (they've already 'done' brazil with max payne and I didn't really like their rendition of it (I know I know)
And you can do a game outside of the us. Like for tokyo all you'd have to do is say the main character was born in japan but his fam emigrated to america when he was little (so he has a jap passport) so he is effectively a japanese american who grew up unconnected to his cultural ancestry so yada yada yada he does a crime and gets deported back to japan. He dont speak a lick of japanese so everyone he meets they have to speak in some broken down english or a mix of english and japanese and yeah the story starts with him cluesless about what he should do and he quickly has to start navigating through the japsnese underworld

I'd probably cop, but if they redo NY, I'd appreciate if they throw in the Upstate area(Adirondacks and Catskills mountains; forests,Niagara Falls) and throw in a change of seasons( from Winter to spring). They was originally going to include a upstate area in GTA 4, so I'm sure they can do it, along with planes; jet packs, snow skis(for the mountain areas in winter), and purchasable property.

Developers and publishers are more concerned with delivering fun games rather than maxing out system hardware.
A true to life NYC in a game might be TOO overwhelming.

It's like if you're from LA and you head to the Walk of Fame or Hollywood sign, it's cool if you're not from there, but tourists traps become disgusting if it's in your native city.
