As far as I know he didn't have any federal lawsuits against his companies alleging racial housing discrimination, didn't take out a full page ad in the Central Park 5 case, didn't claim Obama was born in Kenya, didn't tweet false racist crime statistics, didn't say there was good people in the Neo Nazi community, didn't have the endorsement of David Duke, etc, etc, etc...
