Hell yeah, if given the opportunity. To think of all the money you'd make in an untapped market. You'd get so much play too (hold up, brehs I know what y'all thinkin), but if you put 2 and 2 together you'd know that the majority of bad bytches got gay friends and a straight woman surrounded by dudes who don't want any is prime real estate, and especially being a club owner. Yeah, I'm thinking about money first. I'm not gay, but there is a market for that. Out here in LA the gays hold the biggest halloween party in the world, in west Hollywood; also west Hollywood is knowned for having their party scene.

I swear some Friday nights that place gets more foot traffic than any other bar/ club in the area. This is a college town.

a bar...sure. A club...you might wanna reconsider, even if you are gay. I personally wouldn't mind but...things happen in gay clubs. Extremely gay things.

Gay clubs aren't the instant money making business people make them out to be. Most have a bunch of extra expenses to keep the gays entertained and coming back. Only thing good about that is gays do spend a lot of money when they do party but they also are a tight knit community and one bad incident can kill the club.
