deaf....at least you can be useful and still work....i can still do my job here deaf...I cant do it blind

I'd rather be deaf for the same reasons.

As a deaf person u can still function. U can go to work, grocery shopping and take care of urself with everyday things. If ur blind u would need someone with you to help you do all those things daily.

No more listening to music tho but at least u can still watch movies, just put the subtitles on.
