Hold up u guys saying snitching on her to the manager might actually advantage me :ohhh:

And the customer was fukkin pissed for real. Requested my name, managers name, have a manager call him etc.(cause I didnt wanna transfer him to one). I gave him my name too so if he actually manages to speak to a manager(dont even ask me how) he mite shyt on me too if I dont tell the manager

Well you've gone and shot yourself in the foot by giving them real information. I'd tell most of the people that called up the store that I'm Timmy. PS. My names not fukking Timmy. :youngsabo:

C'mon breh you got to be smarter than this...

When it comes to snitching at work...the most important rule is...does the manager CARE...does the manager want snitching at work...

For you is is just passing along a complete...for the manager it is a meeting with the chick...it's them talking to the customer if possible...it's him dancing around how he found out about her bad attitude...it's HR trying to figure out if it is a race thing...

you better hope the manager cares...otherwise he looking at you like "i'm gong to have to get rid of this dude...cause he out here snitching on people...dude might snitch on me for coming in late everyday or some shyt..."

live and learn though...

Personally, I wouldn't. I would just talk to my colleague - maybe that customer was rude to her first. And, that person should have complained to the manager, not to her colleague.

Maaan it depends. Like somebody else said, a lot of customers blow things out of proportion cuz they couldn't get over on the store/wherever you work. At the same time, I've seen a lot of back stabbing in the retail business and I haven't even been in it that long. It's up to you bruh. If the chick who helped the customer is grimy and foul... Do it :demonic:

I've worked customer service before and people ALWAYS, ALWAYS ALWAYS, inflate the situation, claiming people were extremely rude, just because the customer couldn't get their way. Don't report shyt breh.

I totally agree. I work in retail pharmacy and stuff like this happens all the time. One customer reported one of the other pharmacists claiming he violated her privacy when he tried to explain to her why he couldn't fill her prescription ( a controlled substance mind you ). She called the store manager and corporate about it but the fact was she was getting them filled to early and when he called the doctor about it which he is required to do they cancelled the prescription and she was mad about it. Unless you are a member of management I wouldn't report anything and just let things proceed on their own. If it was a legit complaint those types of things tend to reoccur and get handled accordingly.

Breh...don't do that shyt. Customers are usually in the wrong...how are you working in customer service and don't know this? The manager probably won't give a shyt either and you'll just be labeled the snitch at work. :snoop:

I'd never snitch on any of my coworkers...I know how they are and know that 9/10 the customer was the aggressor in the situation. In fact, some customer had a fit in our store today and threatened to call corporate...none of my managers gave a fukk.
