Would u relay a customer complaint about a fellow coworker to a manager

Customer just called, was pissed as hell. I took down his complaint and told him Id relay it to the mamanger.

He said the girl he spoke with was extremely rude and hung up on him etc. etc.

He said she sounded black :lolbron: cause of the west indian accent. Had me :pacspit: for a second but I mean if she sounded black she sounded black :yeshrug: She didnt give him her name so that might help identify her

Should I do it? I on wanna be the reason why someone is in danger of getting fired :whoa:

I've worked customer service before and people ALWAYS, ALWAYS ALWAYS, inflate the situation, claiming people were extremely rude, just because the customer couldn't get their way. Don't report shyt breh.

Hold up u guys saying snitching on her to the manager might actually advantage me :ohhh:

And the customer was fukkin pissed for real. Requested my name, managers name, have a manager call him etc.(cause I didnt wanna transfer him to one). I gave him my name too so if he actually manages to speak to a manager(dont even ask me how) he mite shyt on me too if I dont tell the manager
