I went to a mid major D1 school, and one of the walk ons was a 6'11" goofy white dude that never played
He would come play pickup games at the rec center and dude would be busting out handles and draining 3s like it was nothing
Saw him get in a few real games and he looked like the biggest stiff on the court
So yes, one of the best shooters of all time would be giving out work at rec league games
