Would most shows still be funny without the laugh track?

wasn't martin a live audience? are are you lumping that in with laugh tracks? filmed in front of live audiences is GOAT IMO, always a few people laughing too hard or yelling something, and the response is more realistic than a canned laugh track.

Yea, I kind of am also lumping in live audiences for the purpose of this question.

I do love live audiences though.

This. Also, a lot of the shows being named were filmed in front of live audiences. You can tell by the reaction. There are jokes on these shows that would be funny regardless of whether or not a laugh track was there.

The only time a laugh track bothers me is when they use it for Nickelodeon/Disney Channel shows. It sounds fake as hell and the humor is significantly worse than other shows that use it, so you're being forced to laugh at a joke that's barely even worth a chuckle.

Are you kidding? Married...with Children had the GOAT audience reactions.. every time Al walked in the fukking house or Kelly did something 'sexy' or Bud was about to get some p*ssy (even tho he failed usually)

I agreed till I seen Martin mentioned, watch the episode of “No Justice, No Peace” and listen to the bul HOLLERIN in the background while Martin wildin..Makes the scene ten times funnier
