thats a popular hairstyle in africa specially for brehs over 30 (very popular since the 90s) visit your local african church you are guaranteed to see a few brehs with that hairstyle...hell even rappers like canibus, kurupt and nas have had a variation of that..thats a good hairstyle unless you got a struggle hairline
