I'd say asians. Every time I meet one to sell something on craigslist, their either show up without enough money or they try to talk me down even after I told them before hand that I wasn't going lower on the price. That's the only race that I've ever had this problem with.
A few years back, I was selling my old phone for $250 and a asian guy on craigslist wanted to buy it. I told the guy the price was firm because it was much lower than everybody else. I show up to meet him at starbucks and he says that he can only give me $220 because he needed to get something to eat. I just said fukk it and when I went to leave, he said "that's ok I won't eat then" and then he gave me the full $250.

I own an exporting business..Saudis,lebanese,iranians,yemeni companies never BS on money...|Best colleagues and clients i work with...bills paid 30 days always not like them chinese and hindu muhfukkas always reneging and making excuses and asking for credits...Its cause those arabs,persians got money so theyre not waiting on recouping monies before settling...

Well it depends. In my experience Egyptians are just overall pieces of garbage when it comes to doing business. Moroccans are tough, but they are okay.
It's funny to me because all these Arabs hate Jews but a lot of them act the same or worse.

some spanish nikkaz I've done biz with have also pulled this shyt on me... They really persistent too... They won't give you what you askin' for until you've left or are about to leave...
Regular business type Arabs arent into that arab-jewish sh1t....they about making money and doing business...
