The big green belt looks odd more than ugly, and looks like it has history (duh). That TNA one looks bland and boring like a toy. It looks fake.

The Big Green Belt, while odd-looking, at least had the idea of immortalizing the title reign of the wearer in the side plates like NJPW's old World Title did. If they cleaned up the design a bit and ditched the green for white or black, it would be aight.
Every version of the X Division Title after TNA/Impact bushed the classic design looks like a fan-made title or something you'd buy your kid after the show is over. Not a legitimate title that the best athletes in the world would willingly compete and throw caution to the wind over.

Dum Shiny
Big Green is just a shytty, cheap looking 70s-era belt. Par for the time period, not really that bad looking outside of it. A modernization of the belt could actually look really good if done right.
The X-Division belt looks like someone at Impact saw the Attitude Era IC Belt, decided that X's make everything better, and stuck a giant ugly one in the middle of the faceplate. The lime green version is especially bad, particularly when compared to the TNA X Title design:

The Green One at least looks like it's worth some money. The TNA belt looks cheap.
That was the reasoning for my vote too. The X-division title looks like a cheap Indy toy belt or something you'd get made for a fantasy football league
