Yeah heel Jeff's gimmick was perfect with that. It probably would have been better with a red motif instead of purple though

The purple was made to match his tie selection at the time tho.

The belt was made as a departure from a damn near goat design of the previous tna title belt. Which was gorgeous.
Plus a darling as a character in itself at the time.
So i understand why jeff's belt looked that way.
during the work to swerve jeff with hogan as a heel.
If not for jeff drug problem.
He was in his bag and he was on some ill shyt till he clucked't out.
Then clucked't it all away.
