Yes! Chester, PA way worse than Camden when I was living in Jersey.I spent some time in Chester, PA growing up. I'm pretty sure it was worse in the 90s but it's still one of the most violent cities in the country to this day. A cop was killed around the corner from my grandma's house. I knew a kid from the block I lived on who's locked now because he shot up a party and killed 2 people (including his own cousin)The city has some nice parts though.

I went to Miami a few years back. I had rented a car out there. So me and my homie heard it was poppin at Coconut Grove. I'm driving past hella bars and clubs ,the scenery was nice, I see fine ass chicks standin outside,
I'm like yess!!
So it's taking us a cool minute to find parking. I just keep driving up the street thinking there had to be parking around there
I fukked around and drive straight up in some jects, I knew it was public housing because it was a gang of nikkaz standing in the streets and hangin outside and it was brick buildings
I start seein a bunch of nikkaz with dreds, gold ones, and all kinds of fukkery right in front of me Cars stopped in front of me so I couldn't drive thru like I wanted to
I'm like gatdam, don't look like I'm lost and don't look like a tourist,
nikkaz start lookin all in my whip. I kept mobbin and got the hell up outta that bytch

I grew up on Candler Rd and I don't see why people call it the hood. Most people are good anywhere on the east side if you mind your business but the west side namely The Bluff is a place where trouble will find you eventually, I just stay from over there.
Miami Gardens.....Liberty City.....And OverTown all are or were pretty bad.
