(they sent out an email about it )

Today the United States Supreme Court overturned the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act (PASPA). This decision legalizes sports betting - and it's great news for sports fans. DraftKings believes life is more fun when you have skin in the game, so we'd like to share what today's news means for you, our valued customers.

Since DraftKings was founded in 2012, our mission has been to bring fans closer to the games they love. Today's ruling will allow us to further drive fan engagement by harnessing our proven technology to provide you with an innovative online sports betting product.

DraftKings is uniquely positioned to succeed in this dynamic, new market. We are the world's largest daily fantasy sports platform with almost 10 million users. As an American company, we have a unique, authentic understanding of American sports fans, and already have strong relationships with professional leagues and teams.

So, when can you expect to place a wager through DraftKings? The timing will depend on when individual states move to pass the necessary legislation and set up the regulatory framework that will allow online sports betting. We're hopeful states will move quickly, but lawmakers need to hear directly from fans like you. You can take action right now by using our tool to contact your lawmakers.

Even with today's announcement, DraftKings remains fully committed to daily fantasy sports, which will continue to be a major focus for the company. In fact, sports betting and DFS already co-exist in many parts of the world. This powerful combination, combined with live streaming sports and original content, will position DraftKings - The Game Inside The Game - at the center of your fan experience. To celebrate with us, play tonight

As always, we'll keep you in the loop every step of the way, so be on the lookout for updates. For now, this is a huge win for sports fans everywhere and we're excited for another opportunity to bring our fans closer to the games they love.

Sincerely,

DraftKings

Congratulations to gamblers in those states and in driving distance.:wow:
Never made sense trying to tell adults what to do with their money. Prohibition was supposed to teach this country to just make these things legal and tax them. Stop trying to make everyone live by the rules of your religion in an alleged free country.

It's been like this in the U.K. forever. You see an ugly ass betting/gambling store on every street. I wished they banned it over here simply for the amount of chain betting stores such as William Hill and PaddyPower that litter all over our shopping areas. Seems like the US is gonna have a similar problem soon. Get ready to have FanDuel and DraftKings stores on every other block.

I make good money off of betting on football/soccer and Boxing. I lost some on the Raptors those trash ass fakkits :skip: Hopefully if the Rockets make the finals imma make some good change. Seems unlikely though with the warriors looking unbeatable. The odds looked good though. £15 bet will give me a £100 checkout :wow:

America is slowly creeping into Sodom and Gomorrah territory
Nothing really if you just focus on sports betting specifically. It's more about how slowly but surely morality is being tossed away for profit. Not even mad though but there is a pattern brewing here.

This is a country built on the dead bodies of African slaves, what morals are you talking about? :heh:

Yeah but if you lose you don't have to pay up.....ain't that right @FireDwaneCasey
Imagine going from SOHH OG status 'he a real one' status to becoming the face of being a straight up bish by a legion of sports fans for not keeping your word about something you yourself started...
:ohhh:

I told you 3x to just say the ban bet was off: your OG status would've been intact @FireDwaneCasey... some negs and ridicule but no this ho level shyt.

We now know you're a full cac, because you have zero understanding of the value of respect and credibility. Not just with others, but with yourself. Take out all the mirrors from your basement. This is the worst look since @Illuminatos got negged to death - but breh paid his priceand can now move unhindered. You'll be reminded of this bish shyt EVERY Playoffs EVERY year and EVERY sports related thread where the option of acting a bish comes up.

Breh
:hhh:
