I don't how to feel about this. A lot of people are going to go broke. I been betting heavy for the last 2.5 to 3 years. I'm probably down at least 10 to 15 grand during that time mostly from the nba. I do well with nfl and college football. I just recently quit. I made my bookie shut down my account cause I'm the type of person who thinks they will get there money back on the next bet so I keep betting. I also get bored easy so I just bet all day on my days off. Since I quit about 3 weeks to a month ago. I been in a way better mood. I never realized when I was losing it effect not only me but It was effect other people cause when I was having a bad week betting. I would take it out on friends, family, co workers. The littlest thing would make me mad and put me on edge. I would also sit there for hours looking at so much information I would over think a lot of bets.I think if your going to bet set a limit for the week or month and stick with it. Never bet more than half your bank roll on one game. There's always something else you can get you money back with. Good luck hope u guys have more success than me.

you got to have a budget when betting on sports breh. You said "dont bet half on one game".....nikka you not supposed to bet more than 5% of your sports betting budget on one game.
