Im trying to remember dead space 3 since people say it was bad. I know I beat it but I just dont really remember the game being terrible

Final Fantasy - Started to decline during X-2. Catering virgin losers with cheesy dancing and oversexualized characters. Took a nose dive with XIII, removing NPC interactions, sidequest and total control of characters outside Lightning.

Tekken - Overdone juggle combos that even babies can do it. Too many fanservice characters that are irrelevant to the plot. Shafted Kazuya for his fakkit son. From gritty realistic atmosphere to generic anime

Well theres a reason nobody is going to say 4. 4 was perfect. It was more action but it still maintained the horror vibe. It made a new formula for RE,a franchise in desperate need of it and perfected the first time.
5 made it co-op and upped the action and dropped the horror.
They could have upped the horror with 5 but chose not to. They went more action instead and threw out the balance 4 still had.
Its like dead space. Dead space 2 upped the action but maintained the horror. So you could say it was dead space 2 that started what lead to 3 but 2 was still a great game and 3 wasnt.

This is going to be controversial but I'm actually going to say GTA. After San Andreas, each game went downhill to me with the exception of the Lost and the Damned, and the Ballad of Gay Tony.
tekken juggles made me stop liking the game

Modern Warfare 2 ---> Black Ops. The beginning of the fukking end to my love for the franchise I grew up on since Call of Duty 2.

Dead space 3 wasn't a bad game. But towards the end, they clearly ran out of ideas, and the co-op missions were the only downsides.
