That’s at best a one bedroom and office. Too narrow and I don’t think there’s anything you can do to fix the layout.

It’s usually new buildings or new conversions/remodels that do this trying to use up every sq ft possible and market things like 2-3bd units they can charge more for vs just keeping it a comfortable, better laid out 1-2 bd unit.
