Had surgery back in October and I’m finally cleared to lift. I’ve done some light shyt before clearance but nothing consistent. I’m Foreal
I’m looking for something basic to just get back in the flow. Any suggestions would be appreciated
How long were you lifting before surgery, what are your goals, and what are your stats and PRs?
I was at 170 at 5' 9" (short gang). Not sure of my body fat, but I had visible abs. Prior to the surgery I lifted 3 times a week and boxed 2 days out of the week.
I'm at 195 now. I was a heavy as 210 at one point. I'm too ashamed to go to the boxing gym, real shyt. I'm trying to hit at least 185 before I stepped in.
My diet went to shyt. A breh was down because I couldn't do shyt, so I said fukk it, it seems.
I never was a max out lifter.
