I know this is a post that has been made before but I'd like to discuss what are some of your favorite training programs/splits.

One of my favorites was the strong lifts 5x5- which is a workout that had all of my favorite lifts and didn't require a lot of time in the gym.

StrongLifts 5x5: The Simplest, Most Effective Workout Program

I'm trying to check out Chris Jones Hoe Ready workout and Mike Rashids Overtraining workout programs as I think these will both fit my current workout goals and offer enough variety in workouts. But I can't find them for free 99.

Are they legit? Which gave you the best results?
mos def legit
only thing is i would do classic physique not hoe ready.
they both very good, and i did both, did hoe ready twice and classic physique twice too.

Which one is better? Well they are both good, only thing is hoe ready is ALOTTTTT of volume so i was at the gym for like 3 hours every gym day.
it's crazy, both programs are good but i would do classic physique as i was out of the gym in maybe an hour and a half to two hours depending on rest times.

i def got gains from both, but with hoe ready you'll be like 'man i've been here at the gym for hours & i wanna get the fukk outta here now'.
Sometimes i was like arrrgghhhh still so many sets left to be done arghhh.
