I'm like you TS. Been lifting for many years but still can't get that rounded full look on the chest. I think a lot is just how much natural muscle density you're born with.
I'm at 190 now. It's hard to advance for me. I was going up in weight no prob until now. But I'm not worried about it I got the look I want
I also find pressing heavy dumbells give your chest a more puffed out look so dont just stay on the benchpress.
