I'm a Reagan baby with most of my friends also being mid/late 30s married folks.
Everyone is between 3 and 15 years of marriage. Some couples have had more turbulence than others but the one thing I can say is none have divorced or even been close. All the relationships (except 1) involved a decent amount of dating and some cohabitation before marriage. You work out all the kinks and issues, become best friends AND THEN get married.
Divorced people are not automatically bad. Sometimes, people will stay in shytty relationships, but a divorced friend can give you the confidence to leave a bad situation. Other times, the divorced person is having so much fun fukking around that the married person wishes they could do the same. That's on the married person, though.

Bullshyt, The difference between men & women is that men don't let their friends influence their decisions.This is unsurprising. I just don't believe that it is gender locked. Men absolutely do this shyt too sometimes. I've seen it.
